NAP 10 Rules 1. No NAP city/academy hits 2. No tile hits 3. No HQ/banner burning 4. No blocking facilities (1 banner touch) 5. No NAP poaching (WC ok) 6. No harassment 7. Rogue = zeroed/banned 8. No hosting banned members 9. PvP: 10 hits/week, no rallies
